This is a customizable effect asset that creates dot patterns similar to those seen in various comic books / mangas / pop art illustrations. The dot pattern is influenced by a customizable noise map and the cursor.

If you want to move the noise map make sure, that the UVs are not clamped in the texture settings.

Adding an effect mask could cause issues if you are working on a fullscreen layer.

I created the wallpaper Ball Guy to showcase this asset.
